Why did you join After5?
I wanted to make new connections to meet other women who like to share meaningful stories, hype each other up and are ready to try out new things and step out of their comfort zone.
I loved the After5 expereience! It was very relaxed and I loved that we were able to talk about everything. I haven't been on a girls night out since ages and I just felt like a girl doing girl stuff having fun again - especially after having two kids, everybody sees you as 'a mum' but I am much more than that.
Why should one step out of their comfort zone?
Stepping out of your comfort zone is important to grow and gain new perspectives, only then you're getting a deeper understanding of yourself and can adapt new things into your life.
My tip is to make it a habit to step out of your comfort zone, choose something you wanted to do for a long time and just do it, don't think about what could happen. Most of the time people think too much about what other people could think of them, what I tell myself all the time:
