After5 Circle Program Rules & Guidelines

Eligibility

You must be an approved member of the After5 community to participate in After5 Circle.

points expiry

Points will expire 12 months from the date they are earned if they aren’t redeemed.

Returns & refunds

If you return a service or cancel a booking, the points earned from that transaction will be deducted from your account.

Non-Transferable

Points cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash.

fraud Prevention

Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the program will result in suspension or termination of your loyalty account.

Terms & Conditions

The €5 reward is available once your friend completes their first service booking. Rewards cannot be combined with other offers and are valid for 12 months.
