Who can join?
We are a friend-making platform for ambitious, life-loving, authentic millennial women. Most of the women joining are between 25-35 years old. If you are unsure about being able to connect at the table, please reach out to hello@after-5.co
Will I receive information about the other women beforehand?
No, it will be like going on a blind date, with other women! However, you can be certain that you are meeting other ambitious, life-loving, authentic women.
Will I meet the group again after the event?
The choice is yours and that of others. We offer the chance to form connections and get to know other women. If you had a good time and wish to see some or all of the women again, feel free to exchange contact details and reach out! It often helps to plan another meet-up before the event concludes.

Why is everything in-person?
We believe that this is the best and only way to really get to know someone. No one is their best version of themselves on paper, we are way more dimensional.

About Tables
What are the differences between Wine Bar Edition, Dinners, and otherEditions?
Our dinners consist of a full menu, including shared wine for the tables. This event might take a little longer, since there are more dishes. Our Wine Bar Editions are focused on having a drink together with some small bites - but not a whole dinner. Therefore usually it takes a
bit shorter than the dinners. We have other Editions too, For example: Dutch Edition, usually our events are in English but here Dutch is spoken.
Why is there a price difference between the Tables?
The price is a reflection of the type of the event and what is included. With a Dinner you can expect more food than with a Wine Bar Edition. There might also be a price difference depending on the restaurant and the location of the country.
How many people are joining?
Generally between 4 and 6 in total. There might be a one-off exception. We like to keep our tables intimate, so we have the chance to really speak to everyone and create new connections.
Under what name is the reservation?
The reservation is always under After5, and the restaurant is always aware that you are coming!
How long does the event take?
It depends on the event, and on you! Dinners usually take around 3-4 hours, and Wine Bar events between 2-3. But you can stay as long as you want!
Will you give my details to the other women?
We will never give your details to other women before asking you.
I have food allergies, can I still join?
Absolutely, let us know your dietary
restrictions and we will try our best to accommodate you. Common restrictions are; Vegetarian, vegan (might be more difficult in some cases), no-seafood, non-alcoholic, gluten-free (might be more difficult in some cases)
I don’t drink alcohol, can I still join?
Absolutely, for non-alcohol drinkers we have a soft-drinks menu.

How many matches will I get?
You will get one match per time. You can join as many times as you want.
Will I receive information before?
After we have confirmed your match, you will receive a bit of information about the other person. However, we believe in IRL connections because that is the best way to really get to know someone.
How will I know who I am meeting with?
You will meet at the designated spot we will create.
