Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations & Refund Eligibility: Cancellation or refund requests, regardless of the circumstances, cannot be accommodated under any circumstances. All sales are final. Once a seat reservation is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Transfer Option: Seat reservations can be transferred (only once) to another available date only if the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled dinner. Requests for transfers made within 72 hours of the scheduled date will not be accommodated. Please note that once a seat has been transferred before, regardless of the timing, it cannot be transferred again, and no exceptions can be made to this policy.

Reason for 72-Hour Policy: We enforce a 72-hour cancellation policy because it allows us the necessary time to find a replacement guest, ensuring that all our seats are filled. Additionally, our menu is crafted based on a fixed price for a specific number of people, and last-minute changes can affect the quality of our offerings.

No Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances, including illness or inclement weather, can arise. However, we strictly adhere to our 72-hour refund and transfer policy without exceptions. This policy allows us to maintain the quality and consistency of our dining experience for all our guests.
