Cancellation & Refund Policy & Disclaimer
1. Cancellations & Refunds (General Policy)
All sales are final.
Once a seat is reserved, no refunds are issued.
If you cancel 72+ hours before your Table/Gathering:

You may receive a voucher (credit) for the value of your booking.
- You may transfer your booking to another date.
- No refunds under any circumstance.
If you cancel within 72 hours:
-
It is not possible to transfer your booking, receive a voucher or a refund.
2. Changing Your Date (Transfer Policy)
You may transfer your reservation once to another available date if requested at least 72 hours before the event.
Important:

Only one transfer is allowed per seat.

After a transfer has been used, no further changes can be made.

Transfer requests made within 72 hours cannot be accepted.
3. No-Show & Last-Minute Cancellation Rules
If you cancel after the deadlines below, or do not attend, it counts as a no-show.
Last Minute Cancellation Deadlines:

Brunch Table: before 8:00 PM the day before

Drinks Table: before 12:00 PM on the same day
-
Dinner Table: before 12:00 PM on the same day
No-Show Consequence:
-
1 red flag → 6-week restricted access to After5
Running late?
Please update your group directly in the app via chats.
If you will be more than 15 minutes late, you must contact the restaurant directly.
4. Why We Use the 72-Hour Rule
Our Tables are intentionally small and curated.
We need 72 hours to:

Fill open seats
-
Maintain group balance
-
Deliver the experience our members expect
For these reasons, no exceptions are possible, including illness or unexpected events.
5. Restaurant Service Disclaimer
Restaurants operate independently from After5.
This means:

Delayed seating
-
Tables not being ready on time
-
Operational delays
…are fully under the restaurant’s control.
If this happens, please inform us, and we’ll gladly explore a solution or support you where possible. (But we cannot prevent or control these situations.)
6. Liability for Incidents
After5 is not responsible for:

Theft or loss of belongings
-
Guest behavior or disturbances
-
Any incidents during the event outside our control
Guests must take responsibility for their own belongings and conduct.
7. Food Allergy Disclaimer
After5 is not responsible for allergic reactions.
Guests with allergies must:

Notify the restaurant directly

Ask about ingredients before consuming anything
8. Ticket Use, Transfers & Reselling

Tickets may only be used by the original purchaser

Tickets cannot be resold, transferred, or given away without permission

Unauthorized transfers may be cancelled without refund
9. General Service Disclaimer
After5 is not responsible for:

What happens during or after meetings arranged through our platform
-
Any activity or communication that continues outside the event
Participation is at your own risk.
After5 is not responsible for what happens during a meeting through our Service or in any other way outside the use of the platform.
You are responsible for continuing any activity that results from a meeting through our Service. You do this at your own risk and responsibility.
