Cancellations & Refund Eligibility:
All sales are final. Once a seat reservation is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.In terms of cancellations - if the request is made up in 72 hours, a voucher can be issued.
Transfer Option:
Seat reservations can be transferred (only once) to another available date only if the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled Table. Requests for transfers made within 72 hours of the scheduled date will not be accommodated. Please note that once a seat has been transferred before, regardless of the timing, it cannot be transferred again, and no exceptions can be made to this policy.
Reason for 72-Hour Policy:
All of our tables are designed for an intimate experience, and we thoughtfully curate our guest groups to ensure a great atmosphere. We uphold a 72-hour cancellation policy to allow ample time to find a replacement guest, ensuring every seat is filled and maintaining the quality of the experience for all participants.
No Exceptions:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances, including illness or inclement weather, can arise. However, we strictly adhere to our 72-hour refund and transfer policy without exceptions. This policy allows us to maintain the quality and consistency of our experience for all our users.
Non-Transferability & No-Reselling:
-All tickets purchased are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser. Reselling of your ticket (seat) is not allowed.
-Tickets cannot be resold, transferred, or given away for any purpose without explicit permission from After5.
Liability for Incidents:
After5 is not responsible for any incidents that occur during the experience, including but not limited to theft, offensive behavior from guests, or any other disturbances. Guests are advised to take necessary precautions to safeguard their belongings and well-being.
Food Allergy Disclaimer:
After5 is not responsible for any allergic reactions caused by the food and beverages served. Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions are strongly encouraged to inform our staff of their specific needs prior to consumption.
Disclaimer:
After5 is not responsible for what happens during a meeting through our Service or in any other way outside the use of the platform.
You are responsible for continuing any activity that results from a meeting through our Service. You do this at your own risk and responsibility.
No Show Policy:
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. To ensure the best experience for all our members, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you’re unable to attend an event—including last-minute cancellations. No-shows without adequate notice will result in the following penalties: 1st instance: a yellow flag on the platform; 2nd instance: a red flag, which will restrict access to After5 services. Thank you for your understanding, as this policy helps us provide a seamless experience for everyone.
Running later than 15 minutes? If you are more than 15 minutes late, please contact the restaurant directly. We may not be able to guarantee your seat for the table if the delay exceeds 15 minutes.
