After5 Membership Terms & Conditions
This page explains how the After5 Membership works in practice.
The legally binding conditions governing membership are contained in the After5 Terms and Conditions.
This page is a simplified explanation. In case of conflict, the Terms and Conditions prevail.
Membership Access
Your After5 Membership grants access to join eligible IRL gatherings, AftersHub events, and other member activities while your subscription is active.
Membership benefits are valid only during the active subscription period.
Event Reservations
You may book events in advance.
You can attend events only while your membership is active.
If your membership becomes inactive or ends before the event takes place, access to that event will no longer be available, even if it was booked during the subscription period.
Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
Membership subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
All subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has started, except where required by law.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that time.
Vouchers and Carryover
Membership benefits cannot be carried over to another billing period using vouchers or any other means.
Unused events or benefits expire at the end of the subscription period.
Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal unless the service has begun at your request.
By activating membership, joining an event, accessing member-only areas, or receiving an Alike match within the withdrawal period, you request immediate service performance and acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost once the service has started, as permitted under applicable consumer law.
Personal Use
Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
Acceptance
