With 15,000+ women already part of After5 across 12 cities in Europe, we’re building a new way for women to find their people and create friendships that last.
We’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on Operations & Community Intern to join our growing team and work closely with the founders.
The Role
This is a varied role combining operations, partnerships, and community/customer success. You’ll help make sure our members have a great experience, our partnerships run smoothly, and our day-to-day operations continue to scale.
You’ll have real ownership from day one and the opportunity to grow with the company.
What You’ll Do
Operations & Partnerships
- Support and improve day-to-day operational processes
- Manage relationships with restaurant, hospitality, and brand partners
- Research and develop new partnership opportunities
- Coordinate with partners and other external stakeholders
- Support the execution of events, initiatives, and operational projects
- Identify opportunities to make our processes more efficient as we scale
Community & Customer Success
- Be a point of contact for our members and help create an exceptional member experience
- Respond to member questions and feedback
- Help resolve customer issues and identify recurring improvements
- Support community engagement and member retention
- Gather insights from our community and turn them into actionable improvements
- Help build a welcoming, high-quality After5 community
Who You Are
- Ambitious, proactive, and highly organised
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with people
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
- Practical, solution-oriented, and detail-focused
- Excited by the pace and variety of a fast-growing startup
- Interested in operations, partnerships, community, customer success, or entrepreneurship
- Comfortable working directly with founders
- Fluent in English
- Able to travel to Rotterdam at least once a week

- Start date: As soon as possible
- Duration: 3–6 months
- Hours: 25 hours per week
- Location: Hybrid, with at least one day per week in Rotterdam
- Compensation: Paid internship
