About After5
After5 is the go-to friendship platform for ambitious women.
In just under 2 years, we’ve grown rapidly — over 10k women joined, we're active in 5 countries and 15 cities, and we just launched our app. Now, we're gearing up for our next phase!

About the team
Founded in Rotterdam by 2 ambitious women, After5 was born from personal experience. Making friends can be hard and time-consuming — they're here to change that. You'll work directly with the founders. 

What we are building and why
 We believe every woman deserves to thrive on her own terms. But thriving needs support — habits, health, people, and spaces that fuel her growth.

After5 makes it easier for ambitious women to find their people — the ones who help them grow, heal, create, and celebrate.

The internship


Operations

  • Restaurant scouting, management & creating new partnerships to create the best experiences for our members. Helping the operations of the events.

    Community Outreach
  • Member communication: be in touch with our community. via whatsapp and instagram. Specifically for support. 
  • Community Management: deep dive into our community & connect with our A-listers. 

    Customer Support
  • Assist with last minute changes or any questions our community might have. 

    And other associated tasks. 


We are looking for someone who:

  • Get’s excited about the idea of building something BIG that helps women
  • Agile, ambitious, flexible - enjoy wearing different hats
  • Enjoy’s working with the founders directly 
  • Has affinity with our concept and understands our target audience
  • Has a background in business/marketing/horeca
  • Proficient in using AI-powered tools for productivity and automation
  • Is fluent in English


Practical

  • max. €500  / 30 hours per week
  • for 6 months - can be extended 
  • Based in The Netherlands, ideally Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Den Haag.  
  • has own computer
  • You will be working from our home office / shared spaces / your own home
  • Can travel to Rotterdam to meet up with founders
